ਕਹਤਿਅਹ ਕਹਤੀ ਸੁਣੀ ਰਹਤ ਕੋ ਖੁਸੀ ਨ ਆਯਉ ॥
kahatieh kahatee sunee rahat ko khusee na aayau ||
I listened to preachers and teachers, but I could not be happy with their lifestyles.
ਸਾਰੇ (ਮੂੰਹੋਂ) ਆਖਦੇ ਹੀ ਆਖਦੇ (ਭਾਵ, ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੀ) ਸੁਣੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਰਹਤ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਨੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ।
बल्कि (मुँह से) कहते ही कहते (भाव। औरों को उपदेश करते ही) सुने हैं। पर किसी की रहत देख के मुझे आनंद नहीं आया।
escuché también a los que dan sermones y a los maestros, pero no me sentí feliz con su modo de vida.
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਛੋਡਿ ਦੂਜੈ ਲਗੇ ਤਿਨੑ ਕੇ ਗੁਣ ਹਉ ਕਿਆ ਕਹਉ ॥
har naam chhodd dhoojai lage tin(h) ke gun hau kiaa kahau ||
Those who have abandoned the Lord's Name, and become attached to duality - why should I speak in praise of them?
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਕੀਹ ਆਖਾਂ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਹਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਦੂਜੇ (ਭਾਵ, ਮਾਇਆ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ) ਵਿਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ?
उन लोगों के गुण मैं क्या कहूँ। जो हरी के नाम को छोड़ के दूसरे (भाव। माया के प्यार) में लगे हुए हैं।
¿Por qué hablar a favor de quienes han abandonado el Nombre del Señor y se han apegado a la dualidad?
ਗੁਰੁ ਦਯਿ ਮਿਲਾਯਉ ਭਿਖਿਆ ਜਿਵ ਤੂ ਰਖਹਿ ਤਿਵ ਰਹਉ ॥੨॥੨੦॥
gur dhay milaayau bhikhiaa jiv too rakheh tiv rahau ||2||20||
So speaks Bhikhaa: the Lord has led me to meet the Guru. As You keep me, I remain; as You protect me, I survive. ||2||20||
ਹੇ ਗੁਰੂ (ਅਮਰਦਾਸ)! ਪਿਆਰੇ (ਹਰੀ) ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ, ਭਿਖੇ ਨੂੰ, ਤੂੰ ਮਿਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਤੂੰ ਰੱਖੇਂਗਾ ਤਿਵੇਂ ਮੈਂ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ ।੨।੨੦।
हे गुरू (अमरदास) ! प्यारे (हरी) ने मुझे। भिखे को। तुझसे मिला दिया है। जैसे तू रखेगा वैसे मैं रहूँगा। 2। 20।
Así dice Bikja, el Señor me ha llevado a conocer al Guru, así como Tú me conservas yo permanezco, así como me proteges, sobrevivo. (2-20)
ਪਹਿਰਿ ਸਮਾਧਿ ਸਨਾਹੁ ਗਿਆਨਿ ਹੈ ਆਸਣਿ ਚੜਿਅਉ ॥
pahir samaadh sanaahu giaan hai aasan chaRiaau ||
Wearing the armor of Samaadhi, the Guru has mounted the saddled horse of spiritual wisdom.
ਸਮਾਧੀ-ਰੂਪ ਸੰਨਾਹ (ਜ਼ਿਰਹ-ਬਖ਼ਤਰ) ਪਹਿਨ ਕੇ ਗਿਆਨ-ਰੂਪ ਘੋੜੇ ਉੱਤੇ (ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਨੇ) ਆਸਣ ਜਮਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ।
समाधि-रूप संनाह (जिरह बख्तर) पहन के ज्ञान-रूप घोड़े पर (गुरू अमरदास जी ने) आसन जमाया हुआ है।
Vistiendo la Armadura del Samadhi el Guru ha montado la silla del caballo de la Sabiduría Espiritual;
ਧ੍ਰੰਮ ਧਨਖੁ ਕਰ ਗਹਿਓ ਭਗਤ ਸੀਲਹ ਸਰਿ ਲੜਿਅਉ ॥
dhra(n)m dhanakh kar gahio bhagat seeleh sar laRiaau ||
Holding the bow of Dharma in His Hands, He has shot the arrows of devotion and humility.
ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਧਨੁਖ ਹੱਥਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਫੜ ਕੇ (ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ) ਭਗਤਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੀਲ-ਰੂਪ ਤੀਰ ਨਾਲ (ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਟਾਕਰੇ ਤੇ) ਲੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।
धर्म का धनुष हाथों में पकड़ कर (गुरू अमरदास) भगतों वाले सील रूप तीर से (कामादिक वैरियों से) लड़ रहा है।
sosteniendo el Arco del Dharma en Sus Manos, Él ha disparado la Flecha de la Devoción y la Humildad.
ਭੈ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਹਰਿ ਅਟਲੁ ਮਨਿ ਸਬਦਿ ਗੁਰ ਨੇਜਾ ਗਡਿਓ ॥
bhai nirabhau har aTal man sabadh gur nejaa gaddio ||
He is fearless in the Fear of the Eternal Lord God; He has thrust the spear of the Word of the Guru's Shabad into the mind.
ਹਰੀ ਦਾ ਭਉ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ (ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ) ਨਿਰਭਉ ਹੈ, ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤਿ ਨਾਲ ਹਰੀ ਨੂੰ (ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਨੇ) ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਧਾਰਿਆ ਹੈ—ਇਹ (ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਨੇ ਮਾਨੋ), ਨੇਜਾ ਗੱਡਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ,
हरी का भय रखने के कारण (गुरू अमरदास जी) निरभउ हैं। सतिगुरू के शबद की बरकति से हरी को (गुरू अमरदास ने) मन में धारा है- यह (गुरू अमरदास ने मानो)। नेजा गाड़ा हुआ है और
Él no tiene miedo del Temor al Eterno. Dios nuestro Señor, ha echado la Lanza de la Palabra del Shabd del Guru a la mente.
ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਲੋਭ ਮੋਹ ਅਪਤੁ ਪੰਚ ਦੂਤ ਬਿਖੰਡਿਓ ॥
kaam karodh lobh moh apat pa(n)ch dhoot bikha(n)ddio ||
He has cut down the five demons of unfulfilled sexual desire, unresolved anger, unsatisfied greed, emotional attachment and self-conceit.
ਕਾਮ, ਕੋ੍ਰਧ, ਲੋਭ, ਮੋਹ, ਅਹੰਕਾਰ, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਂ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ।
काम। क्रोध लोभ। मोह। अहंकार। इन पाँचों वैरियों का नाश कर दिया है।
Ha cortado los cinco enemigos de la lujuria, el enojo no resuelto, avaricia insatisfecha, apego emocional y actitud voluntariosa.
ਭਲਉ ਭੂਹਾਲੁ ਤੇਜੋ ਤਨਾ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਨਾਥੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਬਰਿ ॥
bhalau bhoohaal tejo tanaa nirapat naath naanak bar ||
Guru Amar Daas, the son of Tayj Bhaan, of the noble Bhalla dynasty, blessed by Guru Nanak, is the Master of kings.
ਤੇਜਭਾਨ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪੁਤ੍ਰ ਹੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਜੀ! ਤੂੰ ਭੱਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕੁਲ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਿਰੋਮਣੀ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ (ਗੁਰੂ) ਨਾਨਕ (ਦੇਵ ਜੀ) ਦੇ ਵਰ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਹੈਂ ।
तेजभान जी के पुत्र हे गुरू अमरदास जी ! तू भल्लों की कुल में शिरोमणि है और (गुरू) नानक (देव जी) के वर से राजाओं का राजा है।

ਗੁਰ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਸਚੁ ਸਲੵ ਭਣਿ ਤੈ ਦਲੁ ਜਿਤਉ ਇਵ ਜੁਧੁ ਕਰਿ ॥੧॥੨੧॥
gur amaradhaas sach salaye bhan tai dhal jitau iv judh kar ||1||21||
SALL speaks the truth; O Guru Amar Daas, you have conquered the army of evil, fighting the battle this way. ||1||21||
ਹੇ ਸਲੵ ਕਵੀ! (ਇਉਂ) ਆਖ—‘ਹੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ! ਤੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜੁੱਧ ਕਰ ਕੇ (ਇਹ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ) ਦਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ।੧।੨੧।
हे सल् कवि ! (ऐसा) कह- 'हे गुरू अमरदास ! तू इस तरह युद्ध कर के (इन विकारों का) दल जीत लिया है। 1। 21।
Sal, dice la Verdad, oh Guru Amar Das, has conquistado el ejército de la maldad, librando la batalla de esa manera. (1-21)
ਘਨਹਰ ਬੂੰਦ ਬਸੁਅ ਰੋਮਾਵਲਿ ਕੁਸਮ ਬਸੰਤ ਗਨੰਤ ਨ ਆਵੈ ॥
ghanahar boo(n)dh basua romaaval kusam basa(n)t gana(n)t na aavai ||
The raindrops of the clouds, the plants of the earth, and the flowers of the spring cannot be counted.
ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਣੀਆਂ, ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਬਨਸਪਤੀ, ਬਸੰਤ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ—ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ।
बादलों की बूँदें। धरती की बनस्पति। बसंत के फूल- इनकी गिनती नहीं हो सकती।
Las gotas de las nubes, las plantas de la tierra y las flores de la primavera no se pueden contar.
ਰਵਿ ਸਸਿ ਕਿਰਣਿ ਉਦਰੁ ਸਾਗਰ ਕੋ ਗੰਗ ਤਰੰਗ ਅੰਤੁ ਕੋ ਪਾਵੈ ॥
rav sas kiran udhar saagar ko ga(n)g tara(n)g a(n)t ko paavai ||
Who can know the limits of the rays of the sun and the moon, the waves of the ocean and the Ganges?
ਸੂਰਜ ਤੇ ਚੰਦ੍ਰਮਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਰਨਾਂ, ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਪੇਟ ਗੰਗਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਠਿਲ੍ਹਾਂ—ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਕੌਣ ਪਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?
सूरज और चँद्रमा की किरणें। समुंद्र का पेट गंगा की लहरें- इनका अंत कौन पा सकता है।
¿Quien podría conocer los límites de los rayos del sol y de la luna, las olas del océano y del Ganges?
ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਧਿਆਨ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੇ ਕਬਿ ਜਨ ਭਲੵ ਉਨਹ ਜੋੁ ਗਾਵੈ ॥
rudhr dhiaan giaan satigur ke kab jan bhalaye uneh juo gaavai ||
With Shiva's meditation and the spiritual wisdom of the True Guru, says BHALL the poet, these may be counted.
ਸ਼ਿਵ ਜੀ ਵਾਂਗ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਮਾਧੀ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਹੇ ਭਲੵ ਕਵੀ! ਉਹਨਾਂ ਉਪਰ-ਦੱਸੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕੋਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ,
शिव जी की तरह पूर्ण समाधि लगा के और सतिगुरू के बख्शे हुए ज्ञान द्वारा। हे भॅल् कवि ! उन उपरोक्त बताए पदार्थों को चाहे कोई मनुष्य वर्णन कर सके।
Con la Meditación de Shiva y la Sabiduría Espiritual del Verdadero Guru, dice Baal, el poeta, podrían ser contados.
ਭਲੇ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਗੁਣ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਉਪਮਾ ਤੋਹਿ ਬਨਿ ਆਵੈ ॥੧॥੨੨॥

O Guru Amar Daas, Your Glorious Virtues are so sublime; Your Praises belong only to You. ||1||22||
ਪਰ ਭੱਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕੁਲ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋਏ ਹੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਜੀ! ਤੇਰੇ ਗੁਣ ਵਰਣਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ । ਤੇਰੇ ਜਿਹਾ ਤੰੂ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਹੈਂ ।੧।੨੨।
पर भॅलों की कुल में प्रकट हुए हे गुरू अमरदास जी ! तेरे गुण वर्णन नहीं हो सकते। तेरे जैसा तू खुद ही है। 1। 22।

Meditate single-mindedly on the Immaculate Primal Lord God.
ਮੈਂ ਇਕਾਗ੍ਰ-ਮਨ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਮਾਇਆ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰਾਂ,
मैं एकाग्र-मन हो के माया के रहत अकाल-पुरख को सिमरूँ।
Medita con tu mente tranquila en el Inmaculado Señor Creador, por la Gracia del Guru
ਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਸਦ ਗਾਵਉ ॥

By Guru's Grace, sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord forever.
ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਦਾ ਹਰੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਵਾਂ ,
गुरू की कृपा से सदा हरी के गुण गाऊँ और
canta las Gloriosas Alabanzas por siempre.
ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵਤ ਮਨਿ ਹੋਇ ਬਿਗਾਸਾ ॥
gun gaavat man hoi bigaasaa ||
Singing His Praises, the mind blossoms forth in ecstasy.
ਗੁਣ ਗਾਂਦਿਆਂ ਗਾਂਦਿਆਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਵਿਚ ਖਿੜਾਉ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ।
गुण गाते-गाते मेरे मन में खिलाव पैदा हो।
Entonando Sus Alabanzas, la mente florece, en total Éxtasis.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪੂਰਿ ਜਨਹ ਕੀ ਆਸਾ ॥
satigur poor janeh kee aasaa ||
The True Guru fulfills the hopes of His humble servant.
ਹੇ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ! ਮੈਂ ਦਾਸ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰ ,
हे सतिगुरू ! मुझ दास की आस पूरी कर ।
El Guru Verdadero satisface las esperanzas de Su humilde Sirviente, sirviendo al Guru Verdadero,
ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਿ ਪਰਮ ਪਦੁ ਪਾਯਉ ॥
satigur sev param padh paayau ||
Serving the True Guru, the supreme status is obtained.
(ਜਿਸ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਨੇ) ਗੁਰੂ (ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਜੀ) ਨੂੰ ਸੇਵ ਕੇ ਉੱਚੀ ਪਦਵੀ ਪਾਈ ਹੈ,
(जिस गुरू रामदास जी ने) गुरू (अमरदास जी) की सेवा करके ऊँची पदवी पाई है।
el Estado Supremo es obtenido, medita en el Imperecedero Señor Dios sin Forma,
ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਅਬਿਗਤੁ ਧਿਆਯਉ ॥
abinaasee abigat dhiaayau ||
Meditate on the Imperishable, Formless Lord God.
ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਤੇ ਅਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਹਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਮਰਿਆ ਹੈ,
और अविनाशी व अदृष्य हरी को सिमरा है।
conociéndolo, uno escapa de la pobreza. Kal Sajar, recita sus Gloriosas Alabanzas,
ਤਿਸੁ ਭੇਟੇ ਦਾਰਿਦ੍ਰੁ ਨ ਚੰਪੈ ॥
tis bheTe dhaaridhr na cha(n)pai ||
Meeting with Him, one escapes poverty.
ਉਸ (ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ) ਦੀ ਚਰਨੀਂ ਲੱਗਿਆਂ, ਦਲਿੱਦ੍ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੰਬੜਦਾ,
उस (गुरू रामदास) की चरनीं लगने से। दरिद्रता नहीं चिपकती।
yo canto las Alabanzas Puras de ese Humilde ser que ha sido bendecido con el Néctar Ambrosial del Naam,
ਕਲੵ ਸਹਾਰੁ ਤਾਸੁ ਗੁਣ ਜੰਪੈ ॥
kalaye sahaar taas gun ja(n)pai ||
Kal Sahaar chants His Glorious Praises.
ਕਲੵਸਹਾਰ ਕਵੀ ਉਸ (ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ) ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।
कॅलसहार कवि उस (गुरू रामदास जी) के गुण गाता है।
el Nombre del Señor. Él sirvió al Verdadero Guru y fue bendecido con la Sublime Esencia del Shabd,
ਜੰਪਉ ਗੁਣ ਬਿਮਲ ਸੁਜਨ ਜਨ ਕੇਰੇ ਅਮਿਅ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਫੁਰਿਆ ॥
ja(n)pau gun bimal sujan jan kere amia naam jaa kau furiaa ||
I chant the pure praises of that humble being who has been blessed with the Ambrosial Nectar of the Naam, the Name of the Lord.
ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਸ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਟ ਜਨ (ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ) ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਾਮ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ,
मैं उस श्रेष्ठ जन (गुरू रामदास जी) के निर्मल गुण गाता हूँ। जिसको आत्मिक जीवन देने वाला नाम अनुभव हुआ है। इस (गुरू रामदास जी) ने (अमरदास जी) को सेव के सबद का आनंद प्राप्त किया है और निरंजन का नाम हृदय में टिकाया है।

ਇਨਿ ਸਤਗੁਰੁ ਸੇਵਿ ਸਬਦ ਰਸੁ ਪਾਯਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਉਰਿ ਧਰਿਆ ॥

He served the True Guru and was blessed with the sublime essence of the Shabad, the Word of God. The Immaculate Naam has been enshrined in his heart.
ਇਸ (ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ) ਨੇ (ਅਮਰਦਾਸ ਜੀ) ਨੂੰ ਸੇਵ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦਾ ਆਨੰਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਟਿਕਾਇਆ ਹੈ ।
गुरू रामदास जी (हृदय-रूपी) खाली सरोवरों को (नाम-जल से) भरने वाले हैं।
Él disfruta y saborea el Nombre del Señor, y compra las Gloriosas Virtudes del Señor del Universo.
ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਰਸਿਕੁ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਹਕੁ ਚਾਹਕੁ ਤਤ ਸਮਤ ਸਰੇ ॥
har naam rasik gobi(n)dh gun gaahak chaahak tat samat sare ||
He enjoys and savors the Lord's Name, and purchases the Glorious Virtues of the Lord of the Universe. He seeks the essence of reality; he is the Fountain of even-handed justice.
ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਰਸੀਆ ਹੈ, ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਦੇ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਾਹਕ ਹੈ, ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਸਮ-ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਦਾ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਹੈ ।
(गुरू रामदास) अकाल पुरख के नाम का रसिया है। गोबिंद के गुणों का गाहक है। अकाल-पुरख से प्यार करने वाला है।
Él busca la Esencia de la Realidad y es la Fuente de toda Justicia impartida.
ਕਵਿ ਕਲੵ ਠਕੁਰ ਹਰਦਾਸ ਤਨੇ ਗੁਰ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਸਰ ਅਭਰ ਭਰੇ ॥੧॥

ਹੇ ਕਲੵਸਹਾਰ ਕਵੀ! ਠਾਕੁਰ ਹਰਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸੁਪੁੱਤ੍ਰ, ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ (ਹਿਰਦੇ-ਰੂਪੀ) ਖ਼ਾਲੀ ਸਰੋਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ (ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ) ਭਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ ।
हे कल्सहार कवि ! ठाकुर हरदास जी के सपुत्र। और सम-श्रेष्ठता का सरोवर है। 1।
Así dice Kal el poeta, Guru Ram Das, hijo de Jar Das, llena los lagos vacíos hasta derramarlos. (1)
ਛੁਟਤ ਪਰਵਾਹ ਅਮਿਅ ਅਮਰਾ ਪਦ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਸਦ ਭਰਿਆ ॥
chhuTat paravaeh amia amaraa padh a(n)mirat sarovar sadh bhariaa ||
The stream of ambrosial nectar flows and the immortal status is obtained; the pool is forever overflowing with Ambrosial Nectar.
(ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ) ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦਾ ਸਰੋਵਰ (ਹੈ, ਜੋ) ਸਦਾ ਭਰਿਆ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ (ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚੋਂ) ਅਟੱਲ ਪਦਵੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੇ ਚਸ਼ਮੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ।
(गुरू रामदास) अमृत का सरोवर (है। जो) सदा भरा रहता है (और जिसमें से) अटल पदवी देने वाले अमृत के चश्मे चल रहे हैं।
El flujo del Néctar Ambrosial fluye y la Inmortalidad es obtenida, el lago está para siempre derramando Néctar Ambrosial.
ਤੇ ਪੀਵਹਿ ਸੰਤ ਕਰਹਿ ਮਨਿ ਮਜਨੁ ਪੁਬ ਜਿਨਹੁ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰੀਆ ॥
te peeveh sa(n)t kareh man majan pub jinahu sevaa kareeaa ||
Those Saints who have served the Lord in the past drink in this Nectar, and bathe their minds in it.
(ਇਸ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਨੂੰ) ਉਹ ਸੰਤ ਜਨ ਪੀਂਦੇ ਹਨ (ਅਤੇ) ਅੰਤਰ-ਆਤਮੇ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੂਰਬਲੇ ਜਨਮ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ।
(इस अमृत को) वे संत-जन पीते हैं (और) अंतरात्मे स्नान करते हैं। जिन्होंने पूर्बले जन्मों में कोई सेवा की हुई है।
Los Santos que han servido al Señor en el pasado, beben de éste Néctar y bañan su mente en Él.
ਤਿਨ ਭਉ ਨਿਵਾਰਿ ਅਨਭੈ ਪਦੁ ਦੀਨਾ ਸਬਦ ਮਾਤ੍ਰ ਤੇ ਉਧਰ ਧਰੇ ॥
tin bhau nivaar anabhai padh dheenaa sabadh maatr te udhar dhare ||
God takes their fears away, and blesses them with the state of fearless dignity. Through the Word of His Shabad, He has saved them.
(ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਨੇ) ਉਹਨਾਂ (ਸੰਤ ਜਨਾਂ) ਦਾ ਭਉ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਕੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਭੈਤਾ ਦੀ ਪਦਵੀ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸੁਣਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰ ਉਤਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ।
(गुरू रामदास जी ने) उन (संत-जनों) का भय दूर कर के। उनको निर्भयता की पदवी बख्श दी है। और अपना शबद सुनाते हुए ही उनका पार उतार दिया है।
Dios remueve sus miedos y los bendice con el Estado de Dignidad sin miedos, a través de la Palabra de Su Shabd, los ha salvado.

ਸਤਗੁਰ ਮਤਿ ਗੂੜੑ ਬਿਮਲ ਸਤਸੰਗਤਿ ਆਤਮੁ ਰੰਗਿ ਚਲੂਲੁ ਭਯਾ ॥
satagur mat gooR(h) bimal satasa(n)gat aatam ra(n)g chalool bhayaa ||
The True Guru's understanding is deep and profound. The Sat Sangat is His Pure Congregation. His Soul is drenched in the deep crimson color of the Lord's Love.
ਗੁਰੂ (ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ) ਦੀ ਮਤਿ ਡੂੰਘੀ ਹੈ, (ਆਪ ਦੀ) ਨਿਰਮਲ ਸਤ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਹੈ; (ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਦਾ) ਆਤਮਾ ਹਰੀ ਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਵਿਚ ਗੂੜ੍ਹਾ ਰੰਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ।
गुरू (रामदास जी) की मति गहरी है। (आप की) निर्मल सत्संगति है; (और आप की) आत्मा हरी के प्यार में गाढ़ी रंगी हुई है।
El Entendimiento del Verdadero Guru es Profundo, la Saad Sangat es Su Congregación Pura, Su Alma es teñida con el púrpura del Amor del Señor.
ਜਾਗੵਾ ਮਨੁ ਕਵਲੁ ਸਹਜਿ ਪਰਕਾਸੵਾ ਅਭੈ ਨਿਰੰਜਨੁ ਘਰਹਿ ਲਹਾ ॥
jaagayeaa man kaval sahaj parakaasayeaa abhai nira(n)jan ghareh lahaa ||
The Lotus of His mind remains awake and aware, illuminated with intuitive wisdom. In His own home, He has obtained the Fearless, Immaculate Lord.
(ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦਾ) ਮਨ ਜਾਗਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਦਾ) ਕਉਲ ਫੁੱਲ ਆਤਮਕ ਅਡੋਲਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਖਿੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ (ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ) ਨਿਰਭਉ ਹਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ।
(सतिगुरू रामदास जी का) मन जागा हुआ है। (उनके हृदय का) कमल फूल आत्मिक अडोलता में खिला हुआ है और (उन्होंने) निर्भय हरी को हृदय में ही पा लिया है।
El Loto de su mente permanece despierto y conciente, iluminado con la Sabiduría Intuitiva, en su propio hogar, ha obtenido al Inmaculado e Intrépido Señor.
